It’s funny how the choice of classical albums that I listen to is much more affected by where I’m listening to them than the choice of non-classical. When I lived in Ludlow, I listened to much more medieval choral music and loads of opera (always German & Eastern European rather than bloody bel canto - ugh). So I guess that this is more a London, ie volume-restricted, listening collection of current faves, than a Ludlow, let alone a ‘crank it up, I’m alone on a desert island’, one ...
